    • Be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

    • Include proof of purchase (your order confirmation or receipt).

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Sale or clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Hygiene-related products (for example, grooming or personal-use items).

To start a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return address.

  4. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund — at no cost to you.
